Vitality Roasting Coffee Shop

Recently opened last month, Vitality Roasting is thrilled to have its first brick-and-mortar location in the downtown skyway of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Vitality is located in the skyway cornering Marquette and Sixth Street, neighboring Crown Bank and Wells Fargo. Thrilled to be a part of the downtown crowd as in-person work slowly returns, we have been blown away by the support of both office regulars and people taking a trip downtown to visit. Led by a team of expert baristas, we strive to efficiently and effectively keep all our customers satisfied as the skyway rush begins to come back to Minneapolis. While we take pride in the perfection of our staple coffee menu, our baristas keep the flavors fresh with a variety of specialty drinks including a white lavender mocha, almond vanilla latte, and our new season homemade pumpkin spice latte.

Our bakery case is full of a variety of homemade muffins, danishes, and other pastries. As the skyway continues to pick-up, Vitality has plans to enhance their offerings to include a lunch and savory menu.

Our regulars are familiar with our loyalty program that allows customers to register with a phone number to keep track of points that will add up to a free drink or 50% off our 12oz bags of beans sold in store.

The design of our location came to life through two incredible muralists: Moon Juice Art and Wundr. Our entry wall work was created by Hibaaq Ibrahim and the exit wall was a recent addition executed by Wundr. We are beyond grateful for both of these artists and their incredible talent that we get to share in our space.

Having our first shop open and running has been one of the most rewarding milestones for Vitality Roasting. We will never be able to say thank you enough to everyone who has supported and continues to support this adventure of ours. We look forward to continuing to keep you caffeinated!
